Key Components of Industrial Chillers

An industrial chiller’s refrigeration system relies on four core indispensable components: the compressor, condenser, expansion device, and evaporator. These key parts are precisely connected via high-quality copper tubing to form a fully enclosed circulating system. With decades of manufacturing experience, we strictly optimize every structural detail of the system. A fixed volume of professional refrigerant circulates continuously inside the sealed loop to deliver stable, efficient, and long-lasting heat transfer performance.

Compressor

Known as the core heart of the entire chiller system, the compressor dominates refrigerant circulation and system operation. It compresses low-pressure gaseous refrigerant into high-temperature and high-pressure gas, completing the pressure buildup and heat conversion process of the refrigeration cycle. Boasting 20 years of professional industrial chiller manufacturing experience, we adopt high-precision, high-durability compressors with strict quality screening, effectively ensuring stable output, low failure rate, and long service life of the equipment.

Evaporator

Processed high-pressure refrigerant flows into the evaporator, the core heat exchange component for cooling execution. Inside the evaporator, the refrigerant fully absorbs heat from the circulating cooling medium, rapidly reducing the medium temperature and realizing the cooling effect for industrial equipment and production processes. The refrigerant completes phase conversion from high-pressure gas to low-temperature gas-liquid mixture here. Our evaporators adopt optimized heat exchange structure design to greatly improve cooling efficiency and heat transfer uniformity.

Condenser

The low-pressure refrigerant after heat absorption circulates back to the condenser for heat dissipation and recovery. In this stage, the refrigerant releases the industrial process heat it carries and converts back into a high-pressure liquid state. Equipped with standardized water-cooled or air-cooled heat dissipation structures, our condensers efficiently take away redundant heat through cooling water or ambient air. Strict production standards and precision processing ensure excellent heat dissipation efficiency and adaptability to various harsh industrial environments.

Expansion Device

The high-pressure liquid refrigerant passes through the precision expansion valve, which precisely limits the refrigerant flow rate and instantly reduces system pressure. This process lowers the refrigerant temperature to form a low-temperature and low-pressure gas-liquid mixture, laying a stable foundation for subsequent efficient heat absorption and continuous refrigeration circulation.

Backed by 20 years of mature industrial chiller R&D and manufacturing strength, all our equipment undergoes rigorous production testing and quality inspection.
